Responsibilities
Serve as the official spokesperson for the organization, delivering clear and compelling messages across various media platforms.
Develop and implement strategic communication plans that align with organizational goals and market trends.
Engage with clients, stakeholders, and community members to promote real estate services and facilitate positive relationships.
Prepare and deliver presentations, press releases, and public statements that accurately reflect organizational values and initiatives.
Maintain comprehensive records of media appearances, public engagements, and communication strategies to evaluate effectiveness and ensure consistency.
Qualifications
Proven experience in legal research, legal drafting, or law office administration with familiarity in multiple legal disciplines such as estate planning, environmental law, or litigation.
Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messages tailored to diverse audiences.
Excellent negotiation skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
Knowledge of real estate processes combined with an understanding of relevant laws including landlord-tenant regulations and tribal laws & regulations.
Proficiency in using research platforms like LexisNexis and Westlaw for legal updates and industry insights.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills--both verbal and written--with a confident presence in public speaking engagements.
Legal administrative experience is preferred to support efficient management of communication workflows.
