Our global client, with an expansive international presence, delivers tailored conferences, large-scale events, online sessions, and webinars that keep business leaders informed on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes. To continue their industry leadership and expand their prestigious client base, they are seeking a Sponsorship Sales Manager in London, focusing on the rapidly growing automotive conference and event sector.

Role Responsibilities:

• Drive new sponsorship revenue across a growing portfolio of automotive conferences and events.
• Conduct independent research to identify potential sponsors.
• Explore new topics and market segments, identifying emerging opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a database of existing and prospective sponsors.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Perform key account management, deepening client relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing, production, and operations teams.
• Research and launch new events and conferences.
• Attend events to ensure smooth operations and enhance customer service through direct interaction.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree educated with a strong passion for sales.
• 2-3+ years of B2B sales experience (media, publishing, hospitality, etc.).
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Strong interest in the automotive sector.
• Intelligent, articulate, and entrepreneurial.
• Structured approach with excellent time management.
• A hunter mentality with sharp business acumen.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Open-minded and eager to learn.
