We are looking for an enthusiastic Community, Events, and Sports Activities Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community engagement, sports, and event coordination, along with strong communication skills to connect with our members and participants.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating sports partners, sport activities and community events

Communicate clearly with members, participants, and guests about events and programs

Support and promote initiatives for local community and sports projects.

Provide excellent customer service to members and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Promote community and sports activities services through upselling and engagement strategies.

Manage time effectively to handle multiple activities and events smoothly .


Experience
Previous experience in sports, desk, events environments is a plus

Strong organisational skills to effectively manage community and sports activities

Ability to connect with diverse groups and foster a sense of community

Demonstrated experience in customer service with a focus on delivering a great participant experience
