The Position



We are seeking a motivated and versatile Sports Education & Activities Coordinator to support and lead on a variety of youth and community programmes. This is a dynamic and rewarding role for an individual with a background in sports coaching, youth engagement, and alternative education.

You will be responsible for the planning and delivery of PE, wraparound care and holiday activity camps as well as support delivery of international programmes. You will also take a lead in coordinating our Football Development Plan, liaising with schools and community partners, and guiding coaching staff across our education, sports and youth work projects.

Primary Responsibilities



? Prepare and deliver high-quality PE, sports coaching, wraparound care, and holiday

activity camps

? Lead and coordinate the organisation's Football Development Plan

? Deliver within alternative education settings, including SEN and SEMH schools

? Prepare and deliver birthday parties, residential experiences, and community-

focused activities

? Provide mentorship, supervision and motivation to young people

? Deliver engaging sessions that support personal development and physical wellbeing

? Coordinate sports coaching staff and maintain excellent relationships with key

stakeholders, including schools and community groups

? Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures diligently

? Support the coordination and delivery of youth-focused projects and international

camps across the year

? Work flexibly across evenings, weekends, and school holidays, as required

? Ensure accurate data management, incident reporting and impact tracking

? Collaborate closely with the admin and customer service teams to support participant

engagement

? Maintain and manage programme resources, systems, and equipment

? Undertake additional duties to support business needs, as directed by the line

manager or MD

Specifications:



Essential

? Minimum 2 years' experience delivering in school or youth settings

? Minimum Level 2 coaching qualification (NGB accredited)

? Degree educated

? Minimum 5 GCSEs A-C/9-4 (including Maths & English)

? Strong understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, and risk management

? Proven ability to engage and motivate young people

? Experience leading sports or youth activities, including football delivery

? Excellent organisational, communication, and project coordination skills

? Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder and team collaboration

? Valid UK driving licence and ability to use company vehicles

? Good knowledge and experience of using digital tools (Microsoft Office, Google

Suite, MIS)

? Right to work in the UK

? Willingness to work flexibly across a varied schedule

Desirable

? Level 2 Multi-Skills qualification

? PESS qualification

? First Aid qualification

? Experience of working on youth programmes, residential programmes and/or

international study abroad programmes

? Mental Health First Aid or relevant wellbeing training

? Experience supporting SEN/SEMH learners
