Job Description

Contract: fixed-term until 31 August 2026, term time only + 10 days to be worked outside of term time (including 5 INSET days)

Hours: 21 hours per week, between Monday - Friday and between 08:00 and 16:00 (start and finish times are flexible and can be negotiated).

Salary: GS3 point 16 - 26,349.00 per annum full time equivalent. Actual salary payable 12,882.32 based on term-time only plus 10 days.




We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive administrator to join our Sports department and wider administration team fixed term until 31 August 2026. This is a great opportunity to become part of a welcoming, fast-paced environment where no two days feel the same.


In this role, you'll provide high-quality administrative support to our innovative Sports and PE teams, contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day operations and helping us deliver an excellent experience for pupils, colleagues and parents. From maintaining records and preparing documents, to coordinating communication and supporting school events, you'll play a key part in keeping everything running efficiently.


Strong IT skills are essential, and you'll be confident using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You'll also bring a calm, professional approach, great communication skills, and the ability to build positive working relationships across the school.


You'll work primarily within the Sports department while also supporting the wider administration team when needed, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative service across the whole school.
