Working times:

14:15 to 20:45

Salary (FTE):

ALT Grade E - 26,196.00 to 27,255.00

Actual Salary:

ALT Grade E - 21,240.00 to 22,098.65

We are seeking a reliable, trustworthy individual to join the team at Neale-Wade Academy as the Sports Centre Supervisor. If you are interested in this role, we look forward to welcoming you to tour the facilities.



About the role:



As the Sports Centre Supervisor, you will ensure the day-to-day operation of the Sports Centre runs smoothly - from managing staffing, safety, and supervision to liaising with customers and promoting the use of our facilities. You will also be a keyholder and act as 'Duty Officer' when required, working closely with our Site Manager and caretaking team.

Key Responsibilities:



Ensure staffing, cleanliness, supervision, and safety standards are met at all times. Act as the main point of contact for weekend lettings; supervise staff and support lettings organisers. Manage lettings documentation and coordinate with the Finance Office to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. Promote community use of the facilities and actively market holiday and sports activities. Uphold Health & Safety, safeguarding, and equal opportunities standards.
