LaunchPad Sports - Class Leader (Little Launchers / My First Sports Club)
Weekend Role - 15-20 per hour | 1-4 hours per weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
Are you an aspiring coach or teacher who loves working with young children?
We're looking for energetic, enthusiastic leaders to deliver our
Little Launchers
and
My First Sports Club
sessions -- fun, play-based sports classes for
children aged 2-4 and their grown-ups
. These sessions are designed to be the highlight of every family's weekend -- full of laughter, confidence-building, and special bonding moments between children and parents.
About the Role
As a
Class Leader
, you'll bring our ready-made programme to life, delivering exciting sessions focused on movement, play, and early skill development. We provide everything -- lesson plans, training, equipment, marketing, and parent communication -- so you can focus on what matters: inspiring smiles and sparking a lifelong love for sport.
We're Looking for People Who:
Are
junior or aspiring coaches
, students, or teachers looking to gain experience.
Bring
energy, enthusiasm, and confidence
to every session.
Are
great with young children
-- patient, playful, and encouraging.
Can make parents feel welcome and make every class a memorable bonding experience.
Are available on
Saturday and/or Sunday mornings (1-4 hours per week)
.
Are willing to complete (or already hold) a
DBS check, First Aid
, and
Safeguarding qualification
.
