Club Director

Do you love sport and have a knack for leadership? We're looking for someone with great managerial skills to become our next Sports Club Director and help take our community to the next level!

Ultimate Cheer has been running for 8 years, and we are looking to hire someone to help drive further growth in the club and take on a management role within the team. The position combines leadership, operations, and a results-driven focus to improve performance and growth in one of london largest competitive cheerleading programs

About Ultimate Cheer

Ultimate Cheer is an All Star Cheerleading team located in London. Our dedicated training facility in Clapham offers a wide range of Cheerleading, Tumbling, and Dance classes for individuals of all ages and abilities, including both adult and kids' teams aged 3 and above. At Ultimate Cheer, we prioritize fostering a supportive, welcoming, and positive environment. Our aim is to develop well-rounded athletes who can carry the valuable lessons they learn from cheerleading throughout their lives.

What you'll be responsible for:



Performance & Targets



Oversee club and team targets across performance, enrolment, and retention. Monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and support staff in achieving goals.

Staff Management



Support and oversee staff to ensure alignment with club values and goals. Recruit and onboard new staff members, if required Manage monthly payroll processes

Operations & Growth



Assist Program Manager with day-to-day club emails and trial sign-ups

Oversight & Culture



Maintain and strengthen a positive, inclusive club culture. Support with other admin work if needed Act as a central point of accountability for the smooth running of the club. Ensure compliance with club policies

Required skills and qualifications:



A positive and inclusive attitude that aligns with our club's ethos and values. Strong leadership and management skills Experience in sports or performance environments, ideally with competitive programs. Results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to oversee operations, processes, and club performance efficiently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive improvements. Applicants must have their own laptop and phone suitable for remote work.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: 12.25-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
