Duties:
- Develop and implement games for children in a school setting.
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper techniques, strategies, and rules of the sport
- Plan and organize practice sessions to improve childrens' skills and performance
- Evaluate childrens' progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Coordinate and supervise team activities, including practices, games, and tournaments
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and other coaches
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sports coaching or relevant field
- Strong knowledge of the specific sport(s) being coached
- Ability to educate and motivate athletes to achieve their full potential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management abilities to plan and coordinate practices and games
- Patience, resilience, and the ability to handle pressure in a competitive environment
