Job Description
As a Sports Coach Apprentice, you will:
Support the delivery of high-quality PE lessons, extracurricular clubs, and holiday clubs.
Assist experienced coaches in planning and running engaging activities across a range of sports.
Gain hands-on experience working with children aged 4-12 in schools and community settings.
Learn how to manage groups, adapt sessions for different ages and abilities, and keep children safe and motivated.
Complete a recognised apprenticeship qualification alongside practical coaching experience.
What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you are:
Passionate about sport, health, and working with children. Reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to learn. A good communicator with a positive attitude and teamwork skills. Interested in developing a career in coaching, teaching, or sports development.
Desired (but not essential):
Experience volunteering or working with children. A background in sport (playing or coaching). Full UK driving licence and access to transport (may be required depending on location).
