We are seeking two passionate and dedicated Sports Coach's (male and female) to inspire and develop athletes of all ages and skill levels. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing training programmes, delivering engaging coaching sessions, and fostering a positive environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and personal growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your expertise in sports coaching and teaching to make a meaningful impact on participants' development. Responsibilities
Plan and deliver effective coaching sessions tailored to the needs of individual athletes or teams

Requirements
Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching within a relevant sport or activity

Organised with the ability to plan sessions effectively and adapt programmes as needed
Enthusiastic, approachable, and capable of working with diverse age groups and skill levels
Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications are desirable but not essential for entry-level positions

Introduction
Under the reasonable direction of the Principal, carry out the professional duties of a Sports PE Coach as set out in the School's contract and Education Workforce Council Professional Standards Document.
To support and maintain the high standards of pupil attainment and achievement; and monitor and support pupil progress.
The Sports PE Coach role involves supporting PE and Games provision within the school, contributing to departmental administration, delivering summer camp activities, and leading extracurricular activities for our pupils including fixtures and tournaments.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

To be familiar and work in line with the National Curriculum of the PE and Healthy Living guidance.

To be an effective facilitator in delivering PE sessions independently and to have good behaviour management strategies.
To ensure that material/displays are in place for School newsletters, Open Days and other events
Support the development and running of extracurricular activities during the holidays, including residential trips
To ensure the school's Health and Safety Policy is implemented and attend School Health and Safety meetings as required.
To support the planning, staffing and organisation of the annual calendar of events, liaising with the Head of Faculty to ensure minimal clashes as possible with other activities, events, etc
To attend training sessions, expeditions, Award Ceremonies, and other events, as necessary
To keep the Head of Faculty informed about issues and progress, including any concerns, developments, annual requirements, and so on
To undertake any reasonable task as directed by the Senior Leadership Team
To strive for personal and professional development through active involvement in the School's appraisal system and performance management procedures
To act as Learning Support across the school as directed and in needs of the school.
