We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic and supportive PE department. This part-time role is ideal for a coach with a passion for supporting the delivery of girls' games and inspiring pupils to engage positively with sport.
The successful candidate will play a key role in helping pupils develop a healthy, active lifestyle and a lifelong passion for physical activity. Responsibilities include supporting the delivery of PE and Games lessons during the school day, contributing to a varied extracurricular sports programme, and assisting with the organisation and delivery of the school's summer camps.

To inspire all pupils to a healthy lifestyle and enjoyment within PE and sports by being an excellent roll model.
To have good behaviour management strategies.
Support the development and running of extracurricular activities during the holidays, including residential trips.
To support the planning, staffing and organisation of the annual calendar of events, liaising with the Head of Faculty.
To ensure that material/displays are in place for school newsletters, open days and other events.
To attend training sessions, expeditions, award ceremonies, and other events, as necessary.
To be committed to the safeguarding and health and safety of children and young people.
The successful applicant will be:
Able to teach and coach a range of sports and physical activities to pupils.
Able to support children in the classroom with a structured and professional approach.
Able to work well with children, parents, carers, colleagues and other stakeholders.
Able to show empathy and to create a structured and stimulating environment for pupils to reach their potential.
Good administrative skills and confidence in speaking with outside providers.
A team player with excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
Energetic, patient and able to show a sense of humour and a spirit of adventure.
Support DofE Activities during and out of term time.
Reading provision with the primary pupils and assistance across the faculty.
A contributor to school life as a whole.
