Activ8 is seeking an engaging, enthusiastic sports coach to work primarily within our Wraparound Care setting at Bessacarr Primary School, with scope for additional casual hours as demand arises.

Are you passionate and love to inspire and engage with children? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a Sports Coach to join our team and create a fun and enriching environment for children.

These part-time positions offer flexibility to accommodate your family commitments with you working 3 pm-6pm Monday to Friday at our After School Clubs.

Role Overview

:

As a Sports Coach, you will take on a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our high-quality Ofsted accredited settings. Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children. Leading and coordinating various activities, tailored to different age groups. Maintaining professionalism in interactions with children, parents, colleagues and schools. Safeguarding the well-being of all children attending our clubs.

Qualifications

Multi-skills level 2, NGB level 2 or relevant degree qualification (desirable) Experience with children and childcare/sports Background in coaching, particularly in education Strong communication skills, especially with young children Ability to lead and manage a group of children effectively Proficiency in English and a valid driving license
