Sports Coach Holiday Camps

Bridport, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

Our multi sports children's holiday camps, provide an extensive range of sports and activities for children to enjoy in Bridport Primary School and Charmouth Primary School.

Primary Sports and Education are one of the leading providers of the HAF Scheme and have been running the HAF programme at venues across the South West since 2021.

The HAF Scheme is a Department for Education (DfE) initiative that provides free activities and food provision for all children eligible for Free School Meals (FSM) or children who are classed as being extremely vulnerable during the Easter, Summer and Christmas Holidays. The scheme was set up on the back of the Marcus Rashford food campaign during the coronavirus pandemic where he campaigned for children who usually receive free school meals to continue to receive these while the schools were closed during the pandemic. The scheme includes food education (including quizzes and child friendly power point presentations), traditional and non-traditional activities. (Glow in the dark dodgeball, Laser Tag to name a few)

We also allow all other children to attended who are classed as parent funded. Our camps allow children between the ages of 5 - 12 the freedom to try new activities every day of the week.

We encourage children to try new things, building confidence and broadening their experience.

Our programmes are high energy, full of variety and most importantly fun!

Our dedicated team coaches encourage children to make new friends whilst having loads of fun.
