The Role

We are looking for a passionate, adaptable, and motivated

Sports Coach

with a background in boxing to join our growing team. You will work across schools and community projects, helping young people and adults -- including those with SEND, disabilities, disadvantaged backgrounds, or those on probation -- to develop skills, confidence, and a love for physical activity.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, safe, and inclusive PE and boxing sessions in schools, supporting pupil assessment where required. Lead fun and accessible after-school sports clubs, including provision for children and young people with SEND or additional needs. Support and deliver community projects such as our

Home Education Sports Club, Boxability classes, Holiday Clubs, and Young Offender/Probation programmes.

Build positive relationships with pupils, families, schools, and community partners. Contribute to the growth of the organisation by spotting opportunities and representing us in the community. Commit to your own professional development, keeping up to date with best practice in coaching, inclusion, and safeguarding.
Essential Requirements

Boxing Coach (England Boxing) Level 1 (essential); Level 2 preferable.

At least a Level 2 sports coaching qualification (or equivalent). Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle. Willingness to undergo an

enhanced DBS check

. Experience of coaching and working with: Children and young people in schools and community settings Adults and young people with SEND and disabilities Disadvantaged families and communities Adults on probation and young offender programmes Strong communication and people skills -- able to inspire, motivate, and adapt to a wide range of abilities. A genuine passion for sport as a tool for wellbeing and personal development.
Desirable

Experience in planning PE lessons to National Curriculum standards. First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications. Additional coaching qualifications across multiple sports.
What We Offer

14.38 - 16.28 per hour

(depending on experience). Regular hours with some flexibility around your schedule. Ongoing CPD support and opportunities to grow your skills. Be part of an organisation with a strong reputation, community focus, and inclusive ethos. On-site gym and parking at certain delivery locations.

Pay: From 25,000.00 per year
