Responsibilities
Educate and train children in a range of sports disciplines
Plan and deliver engaging coaching sessions tailored to individual and team needs
Motivate and encourage participants to enhance their performance and reach their goals
Develop training programmes focusing on skill development, fitness, and game strategy
Provide constructive feedback to support athlete growth and confidence
Organise and oversee team practices, matches, and competitions
Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions and events
Requirements
Proven experience in sports coaching or relevant qualifications
Strong knowledge of sports techniques, rules, and coaching strategies
Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff
A genuine passion for sport and youth development
Ability to inspire and motivate children of all abilities
Strong organisational skills to plan sessions and manage logistics
Valid coaching certifications or willingness to obtain them

After School Club role
. We require a
team of coaches
for this school, as we have acquired additional clubs starting
January 2026
.
The position involves running
after school clubs each day in Leytonstone
.
