LB Coaching are looking for a sports coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be expected to delivery sports sessions within schools to children between the ages of 4-12. You will also have the opportunity to delivery a variety of sports sessions across our sectors of work including community based projects, sports clubs and private sports events.
Qualifications
:
Level 1/2 in football coaching or and other sports
Level 2 preferable or working towards
Other sports related qualifications desirable
Compulsory First Aid/Safeguarding/DBS Certificates (potential candidates must have this already)
Skills / experience
Experience working with ages 4-12 years (preferably within a school setting)
Demonstrate ability to manage behaviour
Posses good organization & Planning skills
Ability to apply different coaching strategies during sessions
Ability to maintain and build strong and existing relationships
