We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our organisation. Duties

Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals. Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Manage staff performance, providing guidance, training, and support to team members. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to enhance productivity and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare reports for senior management regarding operational performance and strategic initiatives. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovative solutions. Delivery of sports lessons in schools. Delivery of sports provision during half term breaks,

Experience

Proven experience in an operations management role or similar position. Previous experience in Sports Coaching. Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, finance, marketing, and supply chain management. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation. Familiarity with project management methodologies is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 450.00-500.00 per week
