Sports Coach Playworker Team Leaders and Assistants - Term Time Only

Location: Hounslow, Northolt, or Heston
Hours: Breakfast Club (7:30-8:30am) and/or After-School Club (3:00-6:00pm)
Pay: 7.55 - 15.00 per hour (depending on role, age, and experience)

Available Roles

Team Leader

Lead and coordinate breakfast and after-school sessions Supervise staff and manage daily routines Ensure high standards of safeguarding, behaviour, and wellbeing Liaise with parents, school staff, and children Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities

Wrap Around Care Assistant

Supervise and engage children in play and learning activities Assist with homework and behaviour management Help maintain a clean, organised care space Communicate positively with children, parents, and staff

Hours and Schedule

Breakfast Club: 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM After-School Club: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM Monday to Friday, term-time only Shifts may include one or both sessions

Pay and Benefits

What We're Looking For

Experience in a childcare, school, or youth setting (preferred) A caring, calm, and confident approach Good communication and teamwork skills Understanding of safeguarding and child development First Aid certificate is an advantage (training available)
