We are seeking an experienced Sports Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging sports programmes, fostering teamwork, and encouraging participants to develop their skills and confidence. Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels across a variety of sports. Organise training drills, games, and competitions to enhance participants' abilities Provide clear instructions and constructive feedback to support skill development Foster a positive team environment that promotes fair play, respect, and sportsmanship Monitor participants' progress and adapt coaching methods accordingly Ensure all activities are conducted safely in accordance with relevant health and safety guidelines Maintain equipment and ensure the playing area is clean and well-organised Encourage participation from all individuals, promoting inclusivity and confidence-building

Qualifications

Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching within a similar setting Strong knowledge of various sports Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others Organisation skills to plan sessions effectively and manage group dynamics Ability to foster a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all participants Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications are desirable but not essential; enthusiasm for ongoing professional development is valued A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 23.00-25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 10 per week
