Summary
We are seeking a passionate Sports Coach to join our team at Game-On Coaching. In this role, you will deliver engaging sports programs that align with the national curriculum, inspiring young athletes to develop their skills and love for sports.
Responsibilities
Design and implement engaging sports coaching sessions tailored to various age groups.
Educate students on the fundamentals of different sports while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.
Assess and track the progress of participants, providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate with schools and community organizations to enhance program delivery.
Ensure a safe and positive environment for all participants during coaching sessions.
Requirements
Proven experience in sports coaching or related fields.
Strong knowledge of various sports and coaching techniques.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with young people.
Ability to motivate and inspire participants to achieve their personal best.
