We are looking to employ an experienced
Sports Coach's (20-30 hours per week) with essential school curriculum delivery experience
to join our team of Senior Activity Professionals across our Dorset / Somerset areas.
What You'll Do
Lead inspiring PE lessons
that align with the PE National Curriculum
Create and implement bespoke PE, school sport and physical activity opportunities
in partnership with primary schools, enabling high quality lessons and clubs
Provide exciting and engaging extra-curricular programmes
that allow children to develop their skills and enjoy games in a fun, safe and supportive environment
Support our partner schools
in achieving the 5 key indicators of Sports Premium use, ensuring sustainable improvements in physical education.
Host and lead influential inter-school sports experiences
, creating memorable days that children will cherish, building lifelong memories through sport.
Mentor and motivate children
, igniting their passion for physical activity and building lifelong skills becoming a role model they aspire to.
Monitoring and reporting in progress and provision impact
. Data informed decision making to progress pupils and whole school impact
? Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working with primary aged children in a school curriculum setting (PE lessons)
(Essential)
? Proven Sports coaching experience
? Full driving Licence and access to your own transport (Preferred)

Role & Responsibilities
Preparation, organisation and delivery of high quality and engaging physical activity sessions for EYFS, KS1 and KS2 pupils
Be a positive role model and inspire and motivate children to their highest level of achievement
Ensure the quality of teaching and learning is of the highest possible standards
Be able to differentiate activities to suit the needs of all children
Provide positive behaviour management and a purposeful learning environment for children
Maintain appropriate pupil assessment records and data collection
Implement and operate in accordance with Premier Education policies and procedures
Be committed to continuous professional development (CPD) relevant to the role
To attend and contribute to meetings/development time as required
To be confident regarding your role in Risk assessments, safeguarding and first aid reporting and responsibilities
