FIFTH Movement Ltd partners with schools across Greater Manchester to deliver high-quality PE through PPA cover, Teacher mentoring, Swim:ED & Active Clubs. With experience working in over 60 schools, we also support families beyond term time through the HAF programme and paid Holiday Camps.

Summary

We are seeking a passionate Physical Education Teacher to join FIFTH Movement Ltd. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a love for physical activity and movement within children and young people. You will be delivering PE in one of our partner Primary Schools, as well as an additional after-school club(s).

Responsibilities

Delivering high quality Physical Education lessons and extra-curricular clubs. Mentoring and Upskilling teaching staff in the delivery of physical education. Delivering high quality sports activities at our Holiday Camps during school holidays. Communicating effectively with customers to consistently identify and exceed their expectations. Attending meetings, workshops and training sessions, both internally and externally as required. Completing key administrative tasks such as planning, assessment and participation tracking using our software. Reporting to the Operations Manager on performance as well as supporting other team members.

Requirements

NGB Level 2 Qualification or above First Aid Certificate Safeguarding Qualification Driving licence and access to own form of transport
Desirable

Level 3 PESS (or working towards)
General

Driving licence and access to own form of transport. This job is subject to receipt of DBS and relevant references.
Hours and Salary

Part Time (Fixed-term) - 26 hours per week Varied based on business needs 24,500 per year (PRO-RATA)
