Your Mission:

Department Leadership & Autonomy

Create and own the Digital Marketing department:

formalise processes, select tools, set KPIs, and manage budget.

Report directly to the Board of Directors,

presenting performance, insights, and growth plans each quarter.

Collaborate closely with Sales and Event Management

to align campaigns with revenue targets and new event launches.

Email?Marketing &?CRM

Plan, write, and schedule campaigns to our warm client base. Segment and nurture audiences in

Zoho?CRM

, automating journeys that convert lookers into bookers. A/B?test subject lines, copy, and timings; iterate on results for ever?better open and click rates.

SEO &?Content

Run on?page and technical SEO audits; deliver fixes for speed, accessibility, and ranking gains. Research and write keyword?driven blog posts that speak to B2B decision?makers. Track performance via Google?Search?Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush, and pivot quickly when algorithms shift.

Website & Content Administration

Keep pages, event listings, and imagery fresh in

WordPress

and

Zoho?CRM

. Spin up landing pages for campaigns using CRO best practice. Fix minor issues yourself; brief developers on larger integrations.

What We're Looking For

3?+?years delivering email marketing, SEO, and content - ideally in events or B2B. Proven track record of launching a function or project independently and smashing targets. Fluency with Mailchimp (or similar ESP), WordPress,

Zoho?CRM

, GA4, and basic HTML/CSS. Data?driven mindset - you love dashboards as much as copywriting. Confident communicator, comfortable owning board?level recommendations. Natural self?starter who thrives on autonomy and accountability.
