With over 5 years' trading history, we sell across major marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop and our own website, NewHillDeals.co.uk. We specialise in clearance lines and branded goods, while also looking to develop our own product ranges.

We're now looking for a talented

E-commerce Marketplace & Digital Growth Manager

to take ownership of our online sales channels, drive growth across new marketplaces, and help expand our digital presence. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a big impact within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow existing online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop). Research, onboard and launch products on new marketplaces (e.g., B&Q, The Range, Wayfair, OnBuy). Optimise product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) for maximum visibility and sales. Oversee promotional campaigns, ads, and marketplace events. Manage and update our Shopify website, ensuring products are merchandised effectively. Drive traffic through digital marketing activity including email campaigns and social media posting. Monitor sales performance, analyse data and report on KPIs. Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order flow and stock management. Stay up to date with marketplace trends, competitor activity and new opportunities.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience managing e-commerce sales channels (Amazon/eBay essential, Shopify highly desirable). Strong understanding of online marketplace algorithms, SEO and digital marketing. Confident with data analysis, sales reporting and performance optimisation. Excellent written communication and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, take ownership and deliver results. Creative problem solver with a commercial mindset.
