Sports Facility Assistant 14 hours - Bradley Football Development Centre

PG3 - 25,862.93, 12.40 per hour

A vacancy has opened at Bradley Football Development Centre for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to provide facility duty assistance and effective day to day front of house assistance of the Bradley Football Centre. The duties will include:

To support the safety and well-being of all users of the company's sports facilities. This will include setting up sports equipment, supporting front of house customer services, catering services, and assisting in wider facility upkeep to the highest standards. To be a proactive member of the operational team, ensuring a professional approach is always applied to meet the aims and objectives of the company. To support the delivery of high-quality customer service and customer satisfaction throughout all venues, to directly support both customer retention and increased participation.
Successful candidates will have:

Experience gained within a sport, leisure, hospitality and/or entertainment sector Knowledge of the Sports Development Sector and in particular the Local Football Infrastructure Ability to work flexibly including evening, weekend, and bank holiday requirements to meet the needs of the business which operates 7 days per week, 52 weeks per year. Level 1 National Governing Body of Sport qualification in a National Curriculum sport 1st 4 Sport Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Football or commitment to work towards
