We're recruiting a driven

Sports Marketing Executive

to join our Liverpool team on a full-time basis. This role is well suited to someone with a

sporting background

-- whether through playing, coaching, studying or working in sport -- who understands performance, competition and working towards clear goals.

You'll start by learning the foundations of brand promotion and audience engagement, before developing a broader understanding of campaign strategy, team dynamics and leadership within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

The Role

As a Sports Marketing Executive, you'll support live sports and event-based campaigns while learning how to professionally represent client brands. You'll work closely with marketing teams, brand ambassadors and campaign leaders, gradually taking on more responsibility as your experience grows.

Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery of live sports and promotional marketing campaigns Represent client brands professionally at events and promotional locations Engage with audiences to build brand awareness and customer loyalty Assist with campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking Work towards individual and team-based campaign objectives Support team coordination, training, and day-to-day operations Gain exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and campaign leadership
Ideal Candidate Profile

Background or strong interest in sport or competitive environments Comfortable working towards targets and performance-based goals Confident, energetic, and able to engage with the public Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude Motivated to learn, develop, and progress into leadership roles
Experience

Experience in sport, marketing, events, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not essential. Full training is provided, and we value competitive mindset, work ethic and ambition over previous job titles.
