Sports Massage and Rehab Therapist

to join our dynamic team of professionals.

We are in the works of buidling a new rehab facility with state of the art techonoolgy!

What You'll Do

Conduct thorough assessments to understand injuries, muscular imbalances, and movement restrictions. Deliver a variety of massage treatments (75% sports massage and 25% rehab support). Design and implement personalised rehab plans to address injury recovery and postural correction. Educate clients on self-care techniques, injury prevention, and ongoing wellness practices. Maintain accurate, detailed client records and progress notes. Work alongside chiropractors, personal trainers, and other wellness experts in a holistic, team-based approach. Actively promote and

sell long-term wellness and rehab plans

, helping clients understand the value of consistent treatment. Focus on building a

loyal client base

through outstanding care and client communication.

What We're Looking For

Level 3-5 certification or licensure in Sports Massage Therapy (with sports rehab training or equivalent). Preferably trained in additional techniques such as pregnancy massage, dry needling, or cupping (not essential). Degree in Sports Rehab or Sports Theraphy Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and rehabilitation practices. Ability to perform high-quality treatments across a 5-hour shift with a full diary. (There will be a day or 2 with a double shift- with a 2 hour break in between). A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a drive to build long-term relationships with clients. Strong at Sales and having repeat customers. A team player committed to continuous personal and professional growth.
