Job Title:

Self-Employed Sports Massage Therapist / Sports Therapist

Full Time and Part Time

Based in:

Vaccines in both our Coventry and Hinckley Clinics

Job Purpose Summary:

To provide massage therapies or sports therapies to Combined Therapy clients, building your own client base and retaining new and existing clients.

Position Reports to:

Owners of Combined Therapy

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Providing sports massage or sports therapy

Managing and retaining existing client base by having good customer relations

Ability to build own client base with the support of Combined Therapy

Working to a high professional standard

Keeping the online diary up to date including bookings, check-outs and client notes

Other duties that may arise from time to time

Salary:

This is a self employed role, after a 12-week probation, which includes adapted progressive payments during initial training, 50% paid as standard with increased percentage after 12 months.

Personal Profile

Personality:

Self-motivated individual with the ability to work to their own initiative. Personable and confident to communicate with both clients and also members of staff within the working location. To be able to work as part of a wider team and have involvement with enrichment activities.

Personal Situation:

Must be able to work evenings and possibly Saturdays. Must have a driving licence.

Specific Job Skills:

Minimum Level 3 Professional Diploma in Massage Therapy. Able to recruit and retain client base. Excellent face-to-face communicator.

Computer skills:

Basic level of IT skills.

Experience

: Although not essential 6 months practical massage experience either self-employed or employed would be ideal.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 5,000.00-30,000.00 per year
