We are now seeking a passionate and skilled
Advanced Soft Tissue Therapist
to join our team and contribute to our reputation as a leading clinic in Enfield/Barnet and beyond.
Role Overview
As an Advanced Soft Tissue Therapist, you will provide high-level, hands-on therapy to a varied client base. Your role will involve working closely with London's top physiotherapists and performance coaches to support recovery, optimise movement, and enhance performance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven therapist looking to work in a supportive and high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced soft tissue treatments including deep tissue therapy, sports massage, myofascial release, and assisted stretching
Work with a varied client base - from general population to elite athletes
Assess soft tissue conditions and contribute to treatment plans in collaboration with physiotherapists
Deliver clear post-treatment advice and home care guidance
Maintain up-to-date and accurate client notes
Keep the treatment area clean, professional, and welcoming
Build strong therapeutic relationships based on trust, communication, and care
Support clients in achieving recovery, rehabilitation, and performance goals
Be available for occasional events, workshops, or support roles with athletes when required
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
A relevant qualification in Sports Massage
AND
Dry Needling/Acupuncture.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience preferred
Registration:
Membership with a relevant professional body (e.g., SMA, BasRat or equivalent)
Proven experience working in a clinical or sports performance setting in the UK
Confidence working with both high-level athletes and the general public
Excellent manual therapy skills and understanding of anatomy
Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times
Passion for continuous development and client-centred care
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
