We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and a strong knowledge of human anatomy. This role is essential in providing therapeutic relief and relaxation to clients, ensuring their overall well-being. The Therapist will work closely with clients to assess their needs and tailor treatments accordingly.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual needs, preference and provide HEP. Perform a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue and sports massage. Maintain a clean and organised treatment area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitised. Provide clients with aftercare advice and recommendations for ongoing wellness. Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress to track improvements over time. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices. Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance client care and experience.

Skills

Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, enabling effective treatment planning. Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in various massage techniques and modalities. Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry standards.
