Sports Massage Therapy Tutor - Consultancy Basis

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Sports Massage Therapy Tutor

to join us on a

consultancy basis

to support the delivery of high-quality vocational training programmes. This role is ideal for a qualified sports massage professional with industry experience and a passion for developing learners.

You will play a key role in supporting learners through their qualifications, ensuring delivery aligns with awarding-body standards and industry best practice.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality sports massage theory and practical tutoring sessions Support learners through workshops, tutorials, and one-to-one sessions (remote and/or in-person) Provide subject-matter expertise aligned to qualification specifications and assessment criteria Contribute to the development and review of learning and assessment materials where required Ensure delivery meets awarding body, regulatory, and internal quality assurance standards Maintain accurate learner records and communicate effectively with internal teams

About You

Level 3 or higher qualification in Sports Massage Therapy (or equivalent) Current industry experience as a Sports Massage Therapist Teaching, tutoring, or assessing experience Knowledge of regulated qualifications and awarding-body requirements (e.g. Active IQ or similar - desirable) Strong communication skills and a learner-focused approach Ability to work independently on a consultancy / freelance basis
