Are you a motivated Sports Therapist looking for a new challenge and the chance to develop your skills in a completely new, highly specialist area? If you're passionate about helping people and excited to grow both personally and professionally, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
About Us
Simpson Physiotherapy Ltd. supports adults living with neurological and frailty conditions to maintain active, meaningful and independent lives. We provide predominantly home-visit services across Glasgow and surrounding areas (from Cumbernauld to Carluke and as far as Kilmarnock).
Who We're Looking For
We want someone who is:
1. Passionate about helping people
You must genuinely enjoy supporting individuals with complex, and sometimes life-limiting, conditions. If you don't love helping people, this isn't the role for you.
2. Motivated and a self-starter
Our practice is busy and growing quickly. You'll thrive here if you take direction well but also spot problems, think independently, and take initiative.
3. Ready to learn
Extensive neuro experience isn't required. You'll receive exceptional training and mentorship from our specialist neuro rehab team, giving you the chance to grow your clinical skills to a whole new level.
4. Curious and open to asking questions
Not knowing something isn't a weakness. We value people who seek guidance, reflect honestly, and grow from mistakes. Insight, teachability, and personal development are essential.
5. Flexible and adaptable
Things change fast as we grow. You'll need to adapt quickly, embrace new ideas and ways of working, and contribute positively to the evolution of the service.
6. A driver with your own car
This is a home-visit role, so a clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
(See what Niamh says about the role on our website!)
