Sports Therapist
to join our award-winning team.

You're a degree-qualified, people-focused healthcare professional who values taking the time to understand each individual and build meaningful, long-term therapeutic relationships. You enjoy delivering high-quality 1-to-1 appointments, leading movement-based sessions, and tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs and goals of every patient.
You're confident working within physio-designed frameworks, value collaboration, and thrive in an environment that balances professional excellence with warmth, continuity of care, and genuine human connection -- helping people Move Better, Live Better over the long term.
Your Role
? 1-to-1 Patient Appointments
Deliver engaging, high-quality 1-to-1 patient appointments, building trust and long-term relationships through personalised assessment, treatment, and progression of each individual's movement goals. With structured support and development, you'll progress towards managing your own patient caseload autonomously.
? Physio-Designed Movement Classes
Lead physio-designed movement and rehabilitation-informed classes, supporting patients over time as they build confidence, capability, and long-term movement health in a positive and motivating environment.
? Working Within a Multidisciplinary Team
Collaborate closely with a diverse team of professionals, including Physiotherapists, Sports Therapists, Personal Trainers, and Pilates Instructors, to deliver consistent, joined-up care that reflects each patient's wider journey and long-term goals.
? Opportunities to Develop Your Role
As you grow with us, there may be opportunities to expand your role into areas such as Pilates, Strength & Conditioning and massage therapy, aligned with your interests and additional training.
What You Bring
? A degree-level qualification in Sports Therapy or Sports Rehabilitation
? Registration with an appropriate professional body (or eligibility to register)
? A commitment to delivering bespoke, person-centred care and maintaining high
professional standards
? A positive, professional, and engaging approach that supports long-term patient
relationships
? Flexibility and enthusiasm to contribute within a dynamic team environment

What to Expect From the Application Process
Our application process is designed to be transparent, supportive, and focused on mutual fit.
? Stage 1: CV review, followed by a 30-minute online interview with one member of the team.
? Stage 2: 60-minute in-person interview at the clinic with two team members you'll be
working closely with or reporting into.
? Stage 3: In-person interview with two wider team members, giving you the opportunity to
experience our culture, ask questions, and explore long-term fit.
