Position: Sports Therapists / Physiotherapists / Soft Tissue Therapists

Recovery Inc is a leading private healthcare provider specialising in comprehensive physical rehabilitation and wellness services. With established clinics and partnerships across the UK -- including London, Hertfordshire, and Manchester -- we are continuing to expand our presence in Stevenage and the wider Hertfordshire region.

As part of this growth, we are recruiting passionate and skilled therapists to join our Stevenage-based team. This role offers the opportunity to provide clinical rehabilitation services to athletes, gym members, and the wider public, while also supporting our involvement with external events and sports academy partnerships. Future opportunities may include working across additional Recovery Inc locations.



We are looking for enthusiastic and client-focused professionals to support our expanding clinical operations in Stevenage. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services across a variety of client groups, as well as contributing to the growth and development of our clinic and external service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Provide in-clinic MSK assessments, manual therapy, soft tissue treatment, and rehabilitation. Design and implement injury prevention strategies and return-to-function programmes. Collaborate with clients across a range of settings, including gym and sports academy environments. Contribute to the growth of our clinical base in Stevenage and support the wider Recovery Inc network. Deliver services at external wellness events and corporate bookings. Educate clients on rehabilitation, performance, and recovery strategies. Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service evaluation and improvement. Support the ongoing development of client relationships and assist in growing the service offering. Participate in internal CPD, training, and team development sessions.
Requirements

Degree in Sports Therapy, Physiotherapy, or a related field. Professional registration (e.g. SST, CSP, HCPC). Experience working in musculoskeletal and/or rehabilitation settings. Passionate about working with a diverse caseload, including athletes and general population clients. Motivated to be part of a growing, innovative business with an expanding clinical reach. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a flexible and professional approach. Willingness to work evenings and weekends where necessary. Desirable: Pitch-side trauma/first aid qualification (e.g. ITMMiF, FA Level 5 ATMMiF, PHICIS). Optional: Interest or experience in delivering pitch-side support at sporting fixtures and training sessions.
