The Role



You'll be responsible for installing primary and secondary drainage systems on pitches ranging from grassroots facilities to elite-level stadiums. This is a specialist role requiring precision and professionalism.

Your responsibilities will include:



Operating tractor-mounted trenching equipment for sports turf drainage Using machine control systems to ensure accurate trench depth and alignment Assisting with pipe installation and backfilling Maintaining and setting up equipment to high standards Working as part of a team to deliver projects on time and to specification Upholding health & safety standards at all times

What We're Looking For



Minimum 3 years' experience in sports turf drainage installation

Highly competent tractor operator with experience using machine control systems

Strong understanding of sports turf construction and drainage principles A hands-on attitude and ability to work as part of a team Professional approach (we work at high-profile venues) Flexibility for early starts, long days, and occasional weekends Normal working hours are

8am-5pm

, with overtime available during peak periods

Some travel and overnight stays may be required

Full UK driving licence CPCS or NPORS qualifications are a bonus, but not essential

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: 15.00-18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 41.5 per week
