Responsibilities
To plan and prepare teaching programmes appropriate to the needs of the learners and in line with company practices and requirements.
To teach groups of learners and set work as required by their programme.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages teamwork and personal development.
Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
Organise and lead training sessions, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and other staff members regarding progress and development.
Requirements
Proven experience in coaching and tutoring within the football industry.
TAQA qualification- Desired
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with participants of all ages.
Passion for sports and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
Ability to motivate and inspire participants to achieve their goals.
