We're Hiring a Sports & Youth Engagement Coach in Gravesham

Do you love sport? Do you enjoy inspiring young people? We're looking for passionate and motivated staff to join the Sport On Your Doorstep team.

The Role

As a Sports & Youth Engagement Coach, you'll be delivering fun, safe and inclusive sports sessions for children and young people. From football to dodgeball, non-contact boxing to basketball, you'll be the energy that keeps kids active, engaged, and smiling.

This isn't just about coaching--it's about being a positive role model, building relationships, and supporting young people to grow in confidence, resilience and teamwork.

What We're Looking For

? Experience in leading sports or youth sessions
? Able to engage young people in a fun, positive way
? A full UK driving licence (essential due to equipment and travelling to various venues)
? A passion for helping young people be active, healthy and confident

(First aid, safeguarding and coaching/youth work qualifications are desirable - but we can support the right person with training).

Hours & Pay

Monday 3:30-5pm | Wednesday 3:30-5pm | Friday 4-5:30pm | Saturday 10-11:30am
(opportunities for additional work, most notably during our holiday programmes at Easter, Summer and Christmas)
Competitive hourly rate, based on experience and qualifications (10-20 per hour)
