Videographer & Content Lead - Help Build Europe's Most Exciting Performance Brand

The Role: Videographer & Content Lead

We're looking for a visual storyteller who can capture the energy of our brand, our community, and our mission -- and turn it into compelling, creative content that cuts through.

You'll be behind the camera at stunts, shoots, and races, bringing out the best in Boss Bullet (our founder, David Hellard), and crafting videos that make people stop scrolling, laugh, share, and feel part of something epic.

This isn't a passive editing gig. It's hands-on, fast-moving, and deeply creative.

Your Mission:

Create standout video content

-- shoot, edit, and produce high-energy, thumb-stopping video for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and more. From stunts and race-day edits to daily community moments.

Capture the chaos IRL

-- join David at events, races, and pop-up stunts around London, turning raw moments into viral gold.

Support our community

-- empower and elevate the Bullet Bandits (our athletes and ambassadors), and shine a light on their stories with content that connects.

Build and evolve our ambassador program

-- help launch our elite tier, where performance earns perks, and ensure our community stays motivated, recognised, and aligned.

Grow your performance mindset

-- with help from Steven Bartlett's team, start to analyse content, learn what converts, and optimise what you shoot.

Keep us moving

-- collaborate with our wider team to create content that feeds into campaigns, launches, and experiments -- from product drops to new initiatives.

Stay behind the lens

-- you don't need to be in front of the camera, as long as you know how to make David (and our community) shine.

You Might Be a Fit If You Are:

A skilled videographer and editor with a sharp eye for pacing, style, and emotion Comfortable with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar Deeply creative -- with the ability to turn chaotic moments into clear, exciting narratives Passionate about sport, movement, and self-improvement -- or obsessed with the people who are Hungry to learn about brand strategy, performance content, and marketing that actually converts Confident managing content calendars and working alongside athletes or influencers Based in London and ready to be in the thick of the action -- from shoot days to social stunts
