Social & Content Lead - Help Build Europe's Most Exciting Performance Brand

The Role: Social & Content Lead

You'll be the energy behind our social presence -- growing our audience, shaping the brand voice, and fuelling a community that's fired up about performance. From short-form videos to stunts, giveaways to ambassador shoutouts, you'll take the reins on social and make sure Performance Bullet always shows up loud, fast, and fun.

You'll also be the best buddy to Boss Bullet (David Hellard, our founder), joining him at events and helping turn everyday chaos into viral moments. And you'll be working directly with Steven Bartlett's growth team to learn what makes content convert, and how to build a brand with impact.

Your Mission:

Create social-first content

-- plan, shoot, and edit high-energy, thumb-stopping content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and beyond.

Grow and engage our community

-- be our voice online and in person, chatting with fans, empowering ambassadors, and bringing Bullet Bandits closer to the brand.

Be present IRL

-- join David at events, races, and stunts around London, capturing and creating content that puts us in front of the right eyes.

Launch our Elite Tier

-- help build and manage our new ambassador class for high performers, offering free product

Track and learn

-- have a basic understanding of what content performs and why -- then evolve and optimise.

Support our ambassador squad

-- from micro-creators to elite athletes, keep the community engaged, informed, and energised to spread the Bullet buzz.

Bring the brand to life

-- pitch new ideas, spot trends, and make sure our socials stay irreverent, sporty, smart, and scroll-worthy.

You Might Be a Fit If You Are:

A platform-native creative who knows how to make content pop*
Passionate about performance, sport, and personal growth -- or obsessed with the people who are Confident managing creators or building online communities Deep in the worlds of TikTok and Instagram -- and ready to test, learn, and go viral Based in London and excited to show up at shoots, events, and brand moments Experienced with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar A team player who loves bringing energy, ideas, and bold thinking to the table
