The company was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Cologne (Germany).
We currently have a team of several thousand people located in 45 nations, and more than 90 locations in 21 countries, working daily at the core of the industry. Our drive is passion, team spirit and professionalism in everything we do, and our success is based on the satisfaction of our customers, which makes us stand out as a premium supplier within the sector.

Work closely with our supply partners to create and deliver robust proactive plans to drive zero incremental audit score for new model vehicles.
Assess & implement escalation for suppliers which have recorded significant / repeat quality issues during pre-build activities within plant.
Act as an integral squad member within the scrum to lead or proactively support cross-functional problem solving focussing on the supplier influence.
Develop productive relationships with internal stakeholder and suppliers representatives to drive robust problem resolution and ensure all escalated supplier manufacturing process related issues are resolved in a timely manner.
