Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Spray Line Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production lines efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe working environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen interest in manufacturing processes and hands-on technical work. Prior Spray Line operators experience and mechanical knowledge are essential.

Duties

Operate and monitor MAKOR Spray production line machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operation. Conduct routine inspections of equipment, identifying and reporting any faults or irregularities. Assemble components spray guns and heads, adhering to specified standards and procedures. Perform quality checks on finished products, ensuring they meet company specifications. Maintain cleanliness of the machine and organisation of the work area to promote safety and efficiency. Assist with the setup and changeover of production lines as required. Follow health and safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Document production data accurately, including output levels and any issues encountered during shifts.

Skills

Mechanical knowledge and proven record of previously worked with similar equipment the ability to understand machinery operation and troubleshooting. MAKOR remote assistance will be available by WhatsApp. Proficiency in using hand tools for assembly and maintenance tasks. Experience with assembly processes within a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail to maintain quality standards. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills to report issues clearly and follow instructions accurately. Prior experience with Spray Line is essential; willingness to learn is important.
