We specialise in creating bespoke doors for a wide range of applications, including acoustic, fire-rated, and industrial doors. We are committed to excellence in engineering and craftsmanship, delivering products that meet the highest standards of safety and performance.

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Powder Coating / Painter Operative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for powder coating and painting doors to precise specifications, ensuring that each product meets our high standards of quality and durability. This is a hands-on role that requires a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Operation of paint-shop equipment including spray guns, compressors, powder-coating plant. Operation of hand / power tools including drills, sanders, grinders, and other equipment based on the job requirements. Experience in use of hazardous substances.
Successful candidates for any of the above roles will also be expected to:

Mark up and label components to a high degree of accuracy Work effectively either independently or as part of a team Be quality conscious with an eye for detail Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work in other departments when required Be reliable, punctual and willing to work overtime to meet business needs
Qualifications:

Proven experience in powder coating and painting. Strong practical skills, with experience using hand tools and machinery. Ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work alone or as part of a team Flexibility to work in other departments when required Reliable, punctual, willing to work overtime to meet business needs
Paint spraying experience preferred.

Full training will be given to the right candidate.
