Essential Criteria:
1. A minimum of 1 years experience spray painting.
2. Previous experience with operating spray painting equipment, mixing paints, and applying finishes to various surfaces.

Key Tasks and Duties:
1. Operating an air pressurised spray gun to spray paint fabricated components.
2. Apply paint using various techniques, ensuring an even and durable finish.
3. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as necessary.
4. Inspect and ensure the painted components meet the required quality standards.
5. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
6. Ensure all equipment is properly set-up and used in a safe manner and that all safety devices are in use.
7. Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
8. Monitor equipment and request maintenance when required.
