We currently have a vacancy for a Qualified Spray Painter to join our multi award winning Bodyshop team at our Middlefield site in Falkirk.

Role Overview:

As a Spray Paint / Paint Technician, you will be responsible for preparing, priming, and painting vehicles to a high standard following repairs. You will work within a fast-paced, modern workshop environment alongside a team of experienced professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out all aspects of vehicle painting, including prepping, masking, and final finish spraying. Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and industry standards. Colour matching and mixing to achieve perfect finishes. Use of specialist equipment such as spray guns and drying ovens. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Work efficiently to meet production deadlines. Conduct quality checks on all finished work.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as an automotive spray painter or paint technician. Knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques. Ability to use paint systems and application tools confidently. High attention to detail with a commitment to quality. A team player with a strong work ethic. Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Paint Refinishing) preferred but not essential.
