Spray Painter - Join Our Production Team

Bring products to life with flawless, durable finishes. You'll prepare surfaces, mix & spray coatings, and ensure every job meets our strict quality and safety standards.

Your Day-to-Day

Prep Pro:

Remove rust & old coatings; file, sand & smooth surfaces for perfect adhesion

Masking Whiz:

Protect non-paint areas with precision masking and coverings

Colour Connoisseur:

Mix, match & fine-tune paints; choose the optimal nozzle for each job

Spray & Detail:

Coat machines, components and those tricky spots--plus hand-brush where needed

Quality Champion:

Check finished coats against BS EN 1090 standards; catch and correct any blemishes

Equipment Care:

Clean guns, nozzles & workspace; suit up in PPE and keep the area safe
What You'll Bring

Experience:

1+ year in spray painting or coating (more experience = higher pay band!)

Skills:

Steady hands, eagle-eye attention to detail, and strong colour-matching know-how

Nice-to-Haves:

CSCS card, a valid driving licence, any extra coating/crating quals
