Spray Polisher
to join our workshop and help bring each custom piece to life.Key Responsibilities:
Sand, fill, and spray bespoke furniture to a high standard Manage the maintenance and cleanliness of spray booths Order and manage paint materials required for ongoing jobs Organise your own calendar of works and meet agreed deadlines Liaise daily with the Workshop Manager to coordinate workflow and priorities
Requirements:
Proven experience in spray finishing, ideally within high-end or bespoke furniture production Knowledge of different paint and lacquer finishes (e.g. gloss, satin, matt, pigmented, clear) Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on quality Organisational and time management skills Health & Safety awareness within a spray environment
