Role summary



We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented

Furniture Spray Finisher

to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, spraying, and finishing furniture products to a high standard, ensuring they are ready for delivery to our customers.

Previous experience in furniture preparation, spraying, and finishing is advantageous, though full training can be provided for the right candidate.

Your role will include

Prepare and rub down timber products ready for finishing. Apply finishes to timber products using brush, spray, or hand-application methods. Prepare products between coats with multi-layer applications (de-nibbing). Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the spray shop and care for spray equipment. Maintain paint stock and spray consumables. Conduct all duties in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and internal quality standards. Participate in the routine cleaning of the production area and warehouse. Work accurately from manufacturing orders. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety requirements.

You will need:



Previous experience working in a spray shop environment (preferred). Good attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work. Positive attitude towards health and safety. Flexibility and a proactive, "can do" attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt. Experience working with wood or woodworking tools (advantageous).

You will be:



Hard-working, organised, and efficient. Detail-focused with a methodical approach. A good communicator and team player. Target-driven and motivated to maintain high production standards.

Pay: 12.60-14.00 per hour
