Responsibilities

Working mainly within the purpose-built spray booth areas the job involves the spraying of a range of small components prior to assembly, complete sub assembly's and finished machines awaiting dispatch. Working with a range of mostly air-drying enamel hammer finish paints.

Spray a mixture of small and large mainly steel components using Syphon fed spray guns to a good industrial standard. Spray machines prior to test/dispatch or on request as required. Rework components or machines as required. Mixing of paints. Maintenance of spray guns and associated equipment. Responsible for cleanliness of spray booth and changing of filters to provide suitable air flow as required. Occasional preparation/masking of components to cover holiday/sickness etc if needed. Observe correct use of all personal protection equipment. Follow TBS health and safety guidelines in relation to correct use, safe storage and appropriate disposal of paints, thinners and used wipers. Assisting within the Machine Assembly Department if needed. Adherence to all HSE standards in accordance with Company procedures & processes. Reporting or resolving all HSE issues & concerns within area. Develop effective relationships with all internal & external stakeholders, customers & suppliers to ensure best outcome for TBS. Ensure that all Company polices & procedures are adhered to within area including. Berkshire Hathaway's ethical polices. To adhere to and always apply all workplace management and rules consistently. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 15.50-16.50 per hour
