Sprinkler Contracts Manager

to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of sprinkler installation projects across a diverse range of sectors.

The Role




As a

Sprinkler Contracts Manager

with Emtec Fire Systems based at our Head office in

Uddingston

, you'll take full ownership of multiple sprinkler projects from contract award through to final account. From day one, you'll be responsible for ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality project execution - all while managing commercial performance and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Manage multiple sprinkler projects from pre-start to handover Ensure full compliance with LPS 1048, ISO 9001, and all statutory requirements Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality installations Work closely with Commercial and QS teams to manage budgets and variations Act as main client contact, leading site meetings and progress reporting Maintain accurate project documentation, including ITPs and O&M manuals Drive continuous improvement across operational delivery

What We're Looking For





Proven experience managing sprinkler installation projects Strong understanding of sprinkler systems, LPCB standards (LPS 1048), and relevant building regulations Experience managing site teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality and compliance on all works Solid commercial awareness, with experience working alongside Quantity Surveyors to control costs, manage variations, and protect margins Full UK driving licence

It Would be Great if You Have...



Formal qualifications in mechanical building services, fire protection, or construction management (e.g. HNC/HND, NVQ Level 4+) LPCB Competent Person accreditation or similar sprinkler-specific certifications IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent health & safety qualification Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems and supporting audits
